Returns
: We have always prided ourselves on providing our clients with high quality products and superior customer service. This is why all sales that occur in this shop are final. However, we do have exceptions for damaged and defective items and offer in-store credit. In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss the steps necessary to receive your credit. 

Refunds (if applicable)
: We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an in-store credit. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a code to use at the checkout of your future purchases.

To be eligible for an in-store credit on a defective product, you'll need to:
  • Contact us with a picture of the damaged product as well as a screenshot of the receipt with the order number for proof of purchase.

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days to do so. *See above.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, with the exception of holidays. 
  • All BTP Signature Metaphysical Candles are made to order. Although I strive for fast shipping, this means that sometimes you may experience longer than average shipping times (roughly 7 business days from placing your order)

Cancellation: Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed and shipped. In the unlikely event that you made a mistake while ordering and your package has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address for an order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and provide them with the tracking information.
