Candle Care

Candle Info:

For Optimal Results:

Soy wax is known to stick to the sides of the jar. This typically is not an issue, however if too much sticks, tunneling can occur. If at any point during the first 3 burns you see this occurring, please gently push the wax off of the sides. (One of our candle wick dippers would be perfect for this!) Doing so should fix any further issues.

If you notice that your wick is off-center or your candle is burning unevenly, put the candle out immediately. Use long tweezers to re-center the wick. Dip a candle wick dipper (or something similar) about 1/4-1/2" into the liquid wax. Gently guide the wick towards center.

For Safety Purposes:

Never burn your candle when there is only 1/4in wax remaining in the jar.
Never leave a candle unattended.
Do not touch the candle jar while it is lit and make sure to let it cool before handling or moving. Avoid spilling wax to prevent an uneven burn.
